Lobsters are sautéed with herbs and cognac. Afterwards they are blended with cream and white wine, which makes it a strong, tasteful and delicious bisque. Served with bread and churned butter.

PORCINI
September is the month for the delicious Porcini (Boletus édulis), but they can be difficult to find. When we can, we serve them cut in thin slices, roasted with chopped shallots and sprinkled with lots of parsley on butter-toasted rye bred. Kr. 98,- Î 13,13
MOULES MARINIERES We serve the delicious mussels steamed in dry white wine with freshly chopped herbs, shallots and garlic. Accompanied with garlic bread.

SALMON Thin slices of salmon is served with fresh salad tossed with some crabmeat, fresh mango, apple, pear, pineapple and some fresh chilli in a light dressing of lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Served with bread and freshly churned butter.

BEEF SALAD
Late summer salad of fresh coriander, tomatoes and finely chopped crisp spring onions tossed with thin slices of beef fillet that has been briefly turned on the grill. Served in a dressing of lime juice, chilli and extra virgin olive oil, and accompanied with bread and butter.
